1. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to our cancellation policy and may depend on the notice period given. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a full charge.

3. Changes to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to availability or additional costs.

4. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to arrive on time and follow all instructions provided by guides. Swartberg Mountain Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving in a manner that may endanger themselves or others.

5. Health & Safety
Guests must ensure they are fit to participate in the tour. Any medical conditions or special requirements should be disclosed in advance.

6. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability
Participation in tours is at your own risk. Swartberg Mountain Tours will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage
incurred during the tour.

8. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

9. Photography
Photos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless guests request otherwise in writing
