Our tours take place in natural and sometimes remote environments. Conditions such as weather, terrain, wildlife, and road accessibility may change without notice. Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by guides at all times.

3. Health & Fitness
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected tour. Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations should be disclosed prior to the tour.

4. Personal Belongings
Swartberg Mountain Tours does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours.

5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter routes, timing, or tour inclusions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.

6. Photography & Media
By participating in our tours, guests grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the experience to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Third-Party Services
Where third-party services are used (e.g. accommodation, activities, or transport providers), Swartberg Mountain Tours cannot be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or issues arising from these providers.

All bookings are subject to our booking and cancellation policy, available upon request or outlined at the time of booking.
